At the age of 41 Joanne Teague was diagnosed with Vascular Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a brutal and incurable disease that left her with a number of difficulr decisions. Joanne had always dreamt of travelling with her family, a dream she called the 'Someday Plan', but had always put off for another day. With her diagnosis however, 'Someday' was a luxury she could no longer afford.

Quick to embrace her limited time alive, Joanne took her husband and three children off on an adventure across Europe in order to experience a new look at life.
