Coinciding with the release of her inspiring new book, See You In September, author Joanne Teague appeared on ITV Wales on Saturday.
Diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Joanne spoke of how her life changed when she realised she may only have months to live. Inspired to experience life to the maximum, she decided to take her family across Europe on a life-affirming and unforgettable adventure.
