THE DIDDY TREE LAUNCHES

Candy Jar's latest book, The Diddy Tree, was officially launched at Barry Central Library today to coincide with National Bookstart week.

Author Michelle McKenna and Illustrator Terry Cooper were on hand to sign copies of the new children's book aimed at parents who want to help their children give up their dummies.

Parents and children who had come to the library's 'Rhyme Time' were treated to a special reading of The Diddy Tree by Michelle.

Candy Jar's latest title, The Diddy Tree, now has a website! Check it out here:

On the website, we've also included a short promotional video, which you can watch below.


This charming book, filled with colourful and engaging illustrations, tells the story of a boy called Lee who refuses give up his dummies.

This book aids parents with children who are reluctant to stop using their dummies.

Written by Michelle McKenna and illustrated by Terry Cooper, the book will be available this June.
